The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics is one of the highest honors given by the BBB, designed to spotlight outstanding business practices. Finalists are selected by an independent panel of volunteer community leaders based on criteria established by the International Association of Better Business Bureaus.

All finalists undergo a rigorous evaluation, demonstrating their commitment to ethics and trust in four key categories: Character, Culture, Customers, and Community. Finalists showcase the character of their leadership, how they foster an authentic culture, their prioritization of customer relationships, and the impact they’re making in their communities.
