Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening With Scottsdale Mayor and Chief of Police

On Friday, November 8, we kicked off a weekend of festivities with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the grand opening of our new Scottsdale showroom. We had an amazing crowd of dignitaries present, including community leaders, local businesspeople, and Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce representatives. The day was filled with excitement, pride, and appreciation for the craftsmanship and quality that define First Impression Ironworks!

We were honored to have Scottsdale Mayor David Ortega join us to officiate the ribbon-cutting ceremony, delivering an inspiring message about the importance of craftsmanship, ethics, and community values. Also in attendance was the Scottsdale Chief of Police, Jeff Walther, who just so happens to be a Customer of First Impression Ironworks. And of course, we were thrilled with all the support from the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, whose dedication to local business growth made this event even more special. Having their partnership helped make our celebration a true community affair!

Denny Brown, Board Member of the EVIT Education Foundation also spoke at the event, highlighting EVIT’s incredible impact on the skilled trades. As a surprise, our Customer Care Director, Shannon Peterson, presented EVIT Foundation with a donation from First Impression Ironworks. This contribution reflects our appreciation for EVIT’s role in shaping talented professionals, including a number of our own welders.

Did you know? 91% of EVIT students go on to jobs in their field, college, or the military within a year, thanks to the practical training and hands-on learning they receive.
