Freddy Beltran is the man behind the scenes making sure that the job is done right every single time.  In charge of training those new to working with First Impression Security Doors in the manufacturing side of the business, he ensures that the quality standards and unique creativity of designs are always maintained from one employee to the next.

Freddy is noted by his co-workers as being a great family man to his 2 daughters and as someone with a wonderful sense of humor.  Having been with the company for over 5 years, Freddy is the lead welder and the only person on the team trained in ALL products that First Impression offers.  Anyone who spends any time with Freddy can easily tell that he is completely happy about working for First Impression Security Doors, doing what he does.

“They have always been really good to me”, Freddy says,  “and allowed me to do what I like to do best!”  This is evident by the quality products and standards that he makes certain are kept consistent within each new manufacturing employee that joins the team.

First Impression Security Doors are doors which Freddy is proud to stand behind.  Their quality of materials and outstanding craftsmanship make them doors to believe in – Freddy can spot a competitor door every time!  It’s not surprising, when you consider Freddy takes up to six months to thoroughly train every single new manufacturing employee in the various facets and aspects of each product offered by First Impression.  You won’t see the same durability and quality that we pride ourselves in on any other typical security door.
